Roush Yates Engines is proud to announce a partnership with local drag racing icon Roy Hill and Phoenix Racing. Roy Hill and Phoenix Racing’s Ford Cobra Jet Mustangs and Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School cars will now feature powerful Roush Yates engines. The alliance will give Hill and Phoenix Racing better power and performance at the racetrack and allow Roush Yates’ successful drag racing program to reach more racers. Roush Yates experienced a weekend full of wins with their grassroots racing engines built and serviced at Roush Yates’ Performance Engine Group division. Johnny Bridges, Jeff Swindell and Mitch Runge brought home Sprint Car victories with Roush Yates power, Brian Williams won his first ever Big Dog trophy at Piedmont Dragway, and Rick Eckert earned his first win of the season in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.
